The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Ealing Minicabs. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "Ealing Minicabs," "we," and "us" refer to the service provider. "You" and "your" refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 To ensure on-time arrival, it is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey, including airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is crucial. Ealing Minicabs is not liable for delays due to your failure to allocate adequate time or your unavailability at the agreed pickup time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a vehicle of suitable size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the capacity for excessive luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is counted as a single passenger.

2.3 If you require wheelchair access, please specify this when making your booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quoted prices are based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this will incur standard Ealing Minicabs waiting charges. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, it is not obligatory.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review it carefully and ensure its accuracy. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect information if not promptly notified.

3.4 We accept payments in cash, credit card, or debit card for our services.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any charges for cleaning or damage due to passenger actions may apply.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the vehicle must be properly restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We will not exceed the passenger limit specified by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 In case you need to cancel your booking with Ealing Minicabs, please inform us as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, charges will be based on the distance covered by the driver up to that point.

5.2 For online bookings, cancellation fees may apply if canceled before dispatch.

6.1 While we strive to ensure on-time arrival, Ealing Minicabs is not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 You assume responsibility for your luggage during the journey.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Ealing Minicabs responsible for expenses, damages, or losses resulting from any actions or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 This agreement does not limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter classified as unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service immediately if the safety of the vehicle or driver is compromised by violence, abuse, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Ealing Minicabs may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not delegate or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Ealing Minicabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by updating this page. Please review them regularly to stay informed. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect when the booking was made.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Ealing Minicabs and you.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties. Third parties may not enforce rights under this agreement unless specified in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims and disputes made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Ealing Minicabs.
